We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated R&D Executive / Senior Executive to join our dynamic R&D team within our CDMO/CRO division. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in drug discovery, process development, analytical methods, or related disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work in a collaborative environment supporting both preclinical and clinical-stage projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of research initiatives.

Description
- Participate in the development and validation of analytical methods for drug substances and drug products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, etc.
- Conduct routine analytical testing to support formulation development and stability studies.
- Assist in troubleshooting analytical methods and instrumentation issues as they arise.
- Perform data analysis, interpretation, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Maintain accurate records of all experimental work and results in compliance with company SOPs.
- Contribute to the writing and review of analytical sections of regulatory submissions and technical documents.
- Support technology transfer activities between internal departments and external clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to analytical development and quality control.

Respond to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and prepare proposals within the timelines along with detailed scope.

Develop RFPs in collaboration with the SMEs, lead product and technology aspects of client RFPs.

End-to-end RFP management including CFT coordination to develop competitive and business winning solutions for all proposals.

Facilitate TCs between customers and company and share the minutes.

Provide innovative, cost-effective and timely solutions to customer requirements.

Preparation of high-quality, customer-focused proposals and budgets for RFPs.

Maintain pricing strategies with key accounts including scope changes for additional revenues.

Maintain and update RFP tracker on a regular basis and share the insights with the senior leadership team.

Track the fate of submitted proposals with BD counterparts.

Arrange project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and handover the details to key stakeholders.

Participate in the project closure discussions with key stakeholders for future campaigns etc.
